Summary:
Program of capacity building of the Serbian Commission for Protection of Competition is consisted of four main components: (1) use of econometrics and econometric techniques in handling the cases of the CPC; (2) Capacity building/strengthening in the area of “dawn raids”, especially in processing the data obtained in these raids; (3) Strenghtening of the CPC advocacy function; (4) Interaction between the CPC and sector regulators. Some of the services on this project are provided by the CLDs and some are subcontracted to the specialized operators.
