 Summary:

Program of economic training of judges in the competition law is consisted of six seminars and each of the seminars encompasses two day program. Participants are judges and advisers of the Supreme Court of Cassation and the Administrative Court of Republic of Serbia. On the first day specific economic issues relevant for the competition law are discussed (theory of supply, meaning of competition, monopoly and its effects, economic foundation of restrictive agreements, economic incentives of abuses of dominance, economic consequences of concentrations etc.). On the second day judges with experience in competition law enforcement from relevant countries present their cases followed by a Q&A session.
